Welcome to Edubaloo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our exam preparation app for students in Africa. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Edubaloo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Edubaloo is rated 4+, suitable for users aged 4 and above.

2. User Accounts

To use Edubaloo, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Educational Content

Edubaloo provides access to past questions from various examination bodies. These questions are the property of their respective examination bodies. The explanations, solutions, and additional study materials provided by Edubaloo are our intellectual property.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Edubaloo service. This includes not attempting to access other users' accounts, not sharing account details, and not using the app for any unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

While the past questions are the property of their respective examination bodies, all explanations, solutions, and additional study materials on Edubaloo are the property of Edubaloo and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Edubaloo is an aid for exam preparation but does not guarantee exam success. We are not liable for any academic outcomes resulting from the use of our app.

7. Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide notice for significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the countries in which your reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Refund Policy

At Edubaloo, we strive to provide high-quality exam preparation services. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to our services for more than 72 hours
  • Incorrect charges or billing errors
  • Cancellation of subscription within the first 7 days of initial purchase (for new subscribers only)
Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the first 7 days of service
  • One-time purchases of specific exam modules or materials
  • Services already rendered or content already accessed
Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
